Ginza Escoffier is a traditional French cuisine restaurant founded in 1950 and has long been loved by customers who have been faithfully following the recipe of Auguste Escoffier, who was known as the emperor of French cuisine.

While cherishing tradition starting with following recipes of fine sauces loyally, the restaurant also introduces new genres of menu such as anti-aging cuisine, offering new diet choices to a wide range of customers.

 

Side every dish with a glass of wine is a tradition within the French culture.

We manage the purchase route while continuing our persistence in maintaining the best temperature for storage, offering to our guests only wine kept in excellent condition.
