Mainly using ingredients produced only in Japan, we offer seasonal dishes and liquor.

 

There are healthy and nutritious courses that do not add unnecessary seasoning, expressing the "richness" and "mellowness" with the original flavor of the ingredients.

 

The head chef, who has been exclusively serving celebrities and dinner parties up until now, is to be in charge of all dishes made in this kitchen.

   Soup made only with vegetables, no cream added

   Everything from noodles to sauce is made from fresh vegetables.

   We use only fine selected parts of the vegetables to offer the most exquisite taste.
