Kouzushi, founded in 1953, has been serving delicious dotted gizzard shad and boiled clam with special taste soy sauce as their specialty for 65 years.


The chef, Mr. Shinohara Toshiyuki, trained in "Kizushi", which is a well-known sushi restaurant in Ningyoucho, and inherited the skill of making authentic Edo-mae Sushi. Being knowledgeable about wine, Mr. Shinohara can provide you the best wine and sushi pairing.
