This private sushi making class takes place in the Japanese traditional Ryotei(restaurant) in Ginza. You can enjoy a private sushi-making lesson from a professional sushi chef and learn about the history of sushi. The sushi restaurant has been inherited over 50 years. Their hope is to teach the basis of authentic sushi making and hand down the Japanese culture to the future generations. The quality and the safety of the fresh ingredients are of course guaranteed.

After making the sushi, you can have your self-made sushi lunch in a private traditional Japanese tatami room. This room is very peaceful and calm that you wont believe you're in the busy city of the Ginza district.

What you can expect
1. Welcoming to the Japanese ryotei
The landlady will be welcoming you to the traditional Japanese style tatami room.


2. Sushi Lecture
Lecture of the history of sushi and sushi making will be given by a sushi chef.
As the chefs speak Japanese only, an interpreter will explain what the master chef says in front of the guests.


3. Sushi Making
Guests will make their own sushi while getting a lecture from a master sushi chef.
Certificate of sushi making course is handed out one by one by a master chef.


4. Enjoy sushi and sake.

3. Payment request will be sent.
4. Reservation is complete upon receiving your payment confirmation e-mail.



- Fees shall be paid through Credit Card. Currently no other payment method is accepted.


Regarding Cancellation Fee

When you cancel more than 10 calendar days before the date of your reservation date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
When you cancel in 7 days to 10 days before the date of your reservation date, 20% of the price of the tour will be charged as a cancellation fee.
When you cancel in 4 days to 6 days before the date of your reservation date, 50% of the price of the tour will be charged as a cancellation fee.
When you cancel within 3days before the date of your reservation date, 100% of the price of the tour will be charged as a cancellation fee.
