Ginza Toku

A cozy restaurant in Ginza, we alter our menu depending on the season. We use flounder and shellfish in spring, abalone, daggertooth pike conger, Japanese sea perch and spotted halibut in summer, matsutake mushroom and salted salmon roe in autumn, ducks, puffer fish and Chinese softshell turtle in winter, with a combination of Japanese beef and seasonal vegetables, giving our best to keep our customers hungry for more. Differing from Japanese traditional cuisine which tends to reserve the natural flavours of each ingredient, we keep updating our menu in order to let our customers savour the taste of our innovative and flavorful deli. We offer uncountable Japanese dishes such horned turban sashimi, matsutake mushroom hotpot, rice bowl topped with salmon roe and sea urchin, salted salmon onigiri, soft shell turtle and duck hot pot, please come and enjoy our delicious food!

  • Seasonal white-fleshed fish sashimi(sea bream, flathead, Japanese sea perch etc. )
  • Salted and grilled white-fleshed fish or Japanese steak
  • Seasonal hot pot(duck)
  • Rice(topped with sea urchin and salted salmon onigiri etc. )

*We only offer daily changing Omakase chef's choice course menu. Please advise in advance if you prefer having either Japanese steak or softshell turtle.

 

* Please come with a person who can speak Japanese as our store manager is not able to communicate in foreign languages. We offer interpretation services for non-Japanese speakers for an additional 15,000 Yen(Before tax), and an (English Only) interpreter from Japan Finder will be assigned to accompany the table.
